Использованы новые подходы при конструировании, изготовлении и испытании затворов шлюзовых. Решены вопросы минимизации весовых параметров, сокращен ассортимент применяемого проката, внедрены современные высокопроизводительные технологии раскроя проката и формообразования при изготовлении деталей затворов шлюзовых.
Современные технологи применены при изготовлении затворов шлюзовых для поставки изделий на ЛАЭС-2. Изготовлены два типа затворов шлюзовых с проходом квадратного сечения 2040*2040мм. С перекрытием отводящей трубы при движении шибера вниз (Рис.1.) и с перекрытием отводящей трубы при движении шибера вверх (Рис.2.). Второй вариант обеспечивает регулирование уровня воды в бассейне в системе оборотного водоснабжения.
Известные конструкции затворов шлюзовых предполагают использование стандартного проката в виде швеллера, уголка, листа и других комплектующих. Это вполне оправдано для обычных, доступных на рынке материалов и при отсутствии жестких требований по ограничению веса.
Для изготовления затворов шлюзовых, предназначенных для работы в морской воде и требующих соответственно применения нержавеющих молибденсодержащих сталей и обеспечения минимизации весовых параметров, использованы современные решения, в которых за основу положены коробчатые конструкции, выполненные путем лазерного высокоточного и высокопроизводительного раскроя листового проката с использованием гибочных и сварочных процессов. Количество изготовленных таким образом деталей в реально сжатые сроки измерялось тысячами.
При изготовлении затворов шлюзовых, были преодолены три проблемы, а именно:
-Обеспечена идентичность условий работы и ПСИ, в т.ч. испытания работоспособности крупногабаритных изделий на стенде под нагрузкой.
-Появилась возможность уйти от номенклатуры дефицитного для данного материала проката, ограничившись листом, который на рынке в нужных количествах присутствует всегда;
— Сокращены сроки изготовления благодаря применению современных технологий прецизионного лазерного раскроя листа и точного расчета плоских заготовок, включая отверстия под крепеж и их координаты в получаемой в итоге пространственной детали. Коробчатые конструкции решили проблему веса.
Затворы шлюзовые обычно имеют значительные габариты, а также отсутствие корпуса в виде замкнутого пространства. Методы и устройства для испытаний регламентированы ГОСТом 33257-15 «Арматура трубопроводная. Методы контроля и испытаний».
Вопросы испытаний арматуры среди специалистов-арматурщиков сформулированы проф. С.В.Сейновым в журнале Трубопроводная Арматура за 2017 год. Автор среди прочего считает важным обеспечение идентичности приемо-сдаточных испытаний изготовителя и испытаний при входном контроле у заказчика.
ПМИ затворов на предприятии обеспечивают идентичность условий испытания и реальной работы.
Современные испытательные стенды в качестве рекламной опции декларируют возможность пропорционального увеличения силы поджатия заглушек при повышении давления внутри корпуса. Эту функцию успешно выполняют самоуплотняющиеся заглушки за счет испытательного давления, подаваемого в корпус арматуры. Конструктив арматуры также учитывается при выборе схемы испытания. Например, кран шаровый, ввиду его симметричности и приближенности к сферическим формам, менее чувствителен, а задвижка клиновая, особенно при пониженной жесткости корпуса, более чувствительна в плане получения разных результатов при разных схемах испытаний.
Стандарт 9544-15 на нормы герметичности допускает применение в качестве пробного вещества воду и воздух и приводит соответствующие нормы расходов. Это позволяет использовать рациональные сочетания преимуществ пневмо- и гидроиспытаний. Для затворов шлюзовых, представленных на рис.1 и 2 и имеющих значительные габариты, обеспечение идентичности работы и испытаний требует создания громоздких гидротехнических сооружений. На предприятии изготовлен специальный испытательный стенд, обеспечивающий необходимые перепады давления за счет создания разрежения за плоскостью шибера затвора шлюзового в направлении отводящей трубы. Стенд также обеспечивает проверку работоспособности затвора при максимальном перепаде давления на шибере. Схема испытательного стенда приведена на Рис.3. Разрежение создается насосом Н1 с регулятором разряжения.
Перепад давления регистрируется вакуумным манометром М1. Утечка рассчитывается из условия постоянства отношения давления в замкнутом объеме к плотности газа в этом объеме(воздуха).
